Billie Rouse, formerly of Lebanon, and Scott Mabry, both of Vega, Texas, announce the birth of their twin sons, Scott Mabry and Gabriel Mabry, on Aug. 20, 2009, in Hereford, Texas. Scott weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and Gabriel weighed 4 pounds, 11 ounces. Scott and Gabriel were welcomed by siblings, Bryce Rouse, 11, and Jamee Welch, 10.
Maternal grandparents are the late Bill and Charlotte Rouse. God grandparents are Tom and Sharon Scolley of Vega. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Ercel and Helen Merritt, who were from Jamestown.
Paternal grandparents are the late Scott and Diane Mabry of Arkansas.
Carson Andrew Dixon

Jessica and Andrew Dixon of Lebanon announce the birth of their son, Carson Andrew Dixon, on Aug. 24, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Carson was welcomed by brother, Paxton Dixon, 5, and sisters, Grace Mancourt, 4, and Emily Mancourt, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Johnny and Penny O’Neal of Reelsville. Maternal great-grandparents are Bob and Carolyn Alsip of Brazil and Mary O’Neal, all of Brazil, and the late John O’Neal.
Paternal grandparents are Charlie Dixon of Lebanon and Diane Dixon of Kirklin. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Richard and Vivian Knox and the late George and Mary Dixon.

Heather Marie Ranney of Lebanon announces the birth of her daughter, Sakiyah Marie Ranney, on Aug. 25, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Sakiyah was welcomed by brothers, Malikai Lowe, 4, and Jaden Ranney, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Frank Ranney and Rusty and Barbara Payne, all of Lebanon. Maternal great-grandparents are Paul Culley and Daniel and Tina Wines, all of Lebanon.
