Brook and Silas Bailey of Frankfort announce the birth of their daughter, Rebecca Lee Bailey, on Oct. 8, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 18 3/4 inches long. Rebecca is the couple’s first child.

Maternal grandparents are Kim and Jeff Wilhite of Colfax. Maternal great-grandparents are Rose Long of Florida and Harold Richard Jones of Terre Haute.

Noah Scott Wesley

Ashley Blankenship and Jeff Wesley of Lebanon announce the birth of their son, Noah Scott Wesley, on Oct. 8, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces. Noah is the couple’s first child.

Maternal grandparents are Rick and Sonya Blankenship of Lebanon. Maternal great-grandparents are Rebecca and Dexter Bishop of Lebanon.

Paternal grandparents are Dawn and Rich Stevens of Lebanon. Paternal great-grandparents are Jane and Bob Wesley of Indianapolis and Wana Freeman of Lebanon.

Lela Culley and Mike Conkright of Lebanon announce the birth of their son, Mason James Conkright, on Oct. 11, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces. Mason is the couple’s first child.

Maternal grandparents are Mary and Danny Culley and Kenny and Anna Culley, all of Lebanon. Maternal great-grandparents are Sonny and Judy Hensley of Kentucky and Betty Varvel of Lebanon.

Paternal grandparents are Merce and Ron Hale of Lebanon and the late James Conkright. Paternal great-grandmother is Paula Caudillo.

Joan Morgan Gearheart

Jessica and Jeremy Gearheart of New Ross announce the birth of their daughter, Joan Morgan Gearheart, on Oct. 14, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces. Joan was welcomed home by sister, Janelle, 2.

Maternal grandmother is Nola Harness of Lebanon. Maternal great-grandmother is Patricia Harness of Lucerne.

Paternal grandparents are Tom and Joyce Gearheart of New Ross.

Emilio Jesus Sandoval

Alisha and Miguel Sandoval announce the birth of their son, Emilio Jesus Sandoval, on Oct. 14, 2009, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces. Emilio was welcomed home by siblings, Miguel and Sergio.

Maternal grandparents are Donisia Cornego and William Hayden.

Paternal grandparents are Isabel Garcia and Marcos Sandoval.
