Richard and Mary Jane (Hughes) Dewees of Lebanon, will celebrate 50 years of marriage on March 6, 2010.
The Deweeses were married March 6, 1960, at Centenary United Methodist Church, Lebanon. The Rev. James F. Morin officiated.
The couple’s children are Lesa (Dewees) Hill and husband, Owen, and John Dewees and wife, Brenda, all of Lebanon. They have four grandchildren, Amber (Hill) Wines, Jessica Hill, Andrew Dewees and Brayton Dewees.
Mr. Dewees is retired, having worked for Montgomery Ward for eight years, Apple Shoe Store for 21 years, Kern Bros. Shoes for 8-1/2 years and Walmart.
Mrs. Dewees also is retired.
