Harold and Deanna (Foster) Baumer, of Lebanon, will celebrate 50 years of marriage on June 29, 2012.
The Baumers were married June 29, 1962, at New Hope Christian Church, Columbus, Ind. George Secrist officiated.
The couple’s children are Steven Baumer of Lebanon and Gayle Sweitzer of Indianapolis.
Mr. Baumer retired from teaching in June 2006. He now is a pastor and a chaplain with the Boone County Sheriff’s Office and Witham Hospital.
Mrs. Baumer retired from One America in Aug. 2007.
The couple has lived in Lebanon for 23 years.
