— John and Carol Conway, Lebanon, are celebrating 50 years of marriage with a party Saturday at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kirsten Conway of Kirklin.
John Conway and the former Carol Janni were married July 9, 1960at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Birch Run, Mich.
They have four children: Lynne (William) Curnow, Livonia, Mich.; Michael (Kirsten) Conway, Kirklin; Timothy (Jane) Conway, Hampshire, Ill., and Joseph (Kathy) Conway, Morengo, Ill.They have 11 grandchildren.
Mr. Conway was lead storekeeper for United Airlines, retiring in July 1997. Mrs. Conway was lead service agent for Eastern Airlines, and she is also retired.
They have lived in Lebanonfor 12 years. Their memberships include the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Knights of Columbus and Indy Racers.
