Kati Hale and Sam Foster, of Lebanon, announce the birth of their son, Steele Lucas Foster, on Aug. 14, 2012, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. He weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces. Steele is the couple’s first child.
Maternal grandparents are Pam Hale and Ken Hale, both of Lebanon.
Paternal grandmother is Peggy Dale of Lebanon. Paternal great-grandparents are Joseph W. Hardin and Casandra Hardin, both of Lebanon.
Ava Belle Willhoite

Andrea and Bruce Willhoite, of Advance, announce the birth of their daughter, Ava Belle Willhoite, on Aug. 14, 2012, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. She weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces. Ava was welcomed home by brother, Bruce A. Willhoite, 4, and sister, Rose Lynette Marie Willhoite, 1.
Maternal grandparents are Andrew Oliver and Deedra Martin, both of Lebanon.
Paternal grandparents are Bruce W. Willhoite of Lebanon, and Sherri Allen of Jamestown.
Sydney Helen Kammerer

Tanya and Joshua Kammerer, of Scottsdale, Ariz., announce the birth of their daughter, Sydney Helen Kammerer, on Aug. 13, 2012, at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. She weighed 7.49 pounds and was 21 inches long. Sydney is the couple’s first child.
Maternal grandparents are Nancy Balmuth of San Diego, Calif., and Bruce and Barbara Balmuth of Mission Viego, Calif. Maternal great-grandmother is Asma Khoury.
Paternal grandparents are Joe and Lois Kammerer of Lebanon.
Sydney is the first grandchild for both sets of grandparents.
