Ted and Patty Caldwell of Danville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandy Caldwell, to Kevin Hoffman of Indianapolis. He is the son of Nancy Hoffman of St. Ferndale, Mich., and Robert Hoffman of Bradenton, Fla.
The bride-to-be graduated from Western Boone High School in 2004. She then graduated from Ball State University in 2008, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. She works for American Funds in Carmel.
The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Walled Lake Western High School in 1996. He received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 2001 and a master’s degree in biology from Tennessee Tech University in 2003. He works for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
The couple is planning a wedding for Sept. 17, 2011, at Thorntown Presbyterian Church.
