— Raleigh and Beth Swango of North Salem, announce the engagement of their daughter, Carly Swango, to Matt Scott of Brownsburg. He is the son of Jeff and Sheila Scott of Pittsboro.
The bride-to-be graduated from Tri-West High School in 2004. She attended Ivy Tech Community College, graduating in 2008.
She works at MDwise as a customer service representative.
The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Tri-West High School in 2004. He received a degree from Purdue University in 2008. He works at Air Tran in customer service.
The couple is planning a wedding for Oct. 9, 2010, at North Salem Christian Church. John Gossett will officiate.
