— Jerry and Connie Windhorst of Lebanon, announce the engagement of their daughter, Liza Nicole Windhorst, to Thomas John “T.J.” Steinkirchner. He is the son of Mary and Tom Steinkirchner of Valley Center, Kan.

The bride-to-be graduated from Lebanon High School in 2002 and received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University in 2006. She works as a pediatric nurse in San Antonio, Texas, and is a flight nurse in the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Valley Center High School in Kansas in 2001 and received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Kansas State University in 2006. He works at Overland Partners Architects in San Antonio.

The couple is planning a wedding for Oct. 30, 2010, at Lake Travis Resort in Austin, Texas.
