Murder trial lands in Boone County

Former Indiana State Trooper David Camm’s third trial in the shooting deaths of his wife, Kim, and their children, Jill and Brad, will be held in August 2013 in Lebanon.

The new trial and location were confirmed Friday.

Camm has been twice convicted of the Sept. 28, 2000 deaths, but both verdicts were overturned on appeal. His first trial was in Floyd County in 2002, with a jury of Johnson County residents; that conviction was overturned in 2006. His second trial was in Boonville, the county seat of Warrick County; that conviction was overturned in 2009.
