Lebanon — A Kirklin man faces theft charges after Lebanon Police arrested him Wednesday morning for allegedly stealing items, including women’s clothing, from a collection box at a Goodwill store.
Michael Luke, 57, 700 block of West Doty Avenue, was wearing a denim mini-skirt, women’s top, wig and sandals when officers arrested him, Lebanon Police spokesman Lt. Brent Wheat said Wednesday.
Luke, who was charged with class D felony theft, has an initial hearing scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Boone Superior Court II.
