Lebanon —
A Lebanon man is accused of burglary, robbery, theft and other crimes, after he allegedly broke into an apartment on Halloween, injured the occupant, and then fled with only a pay-by-the-minute cellphone.
Chad A. Taylor, 33, 400 block of W. Main St., is being held on $50,000 cash or surety bond in the Boone County Jail, according to court records. His trial is set for March 4, 2013.
