Family, Lebanon Police seek information on missing teen

The mother of a teen who ran away from Teen Challenge in Lebanon Wednesday is hoping someone here has seen the girl.

Kathleen Case, 15, left the residential drug treatment facility about 3 p.m. Wednesday, according to her mother, Britne Cripe. The family is from Decatur, Illinois, and Kathleen doesn’t know anyone in Boone County and didn’t have a phone or any money. She had been wearing an orange jumpsuit because she was considered at risk for running away, but Cripe said the girl took her roommate’s Red Ohio State hoodie and other clothing.

Kathleen Case is caucasian, 5-feet 5-inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has long black hair. She also goes by Kat. Her mother said the girl may be suicidal, and may be seeking money, drugs or a ride.

Anyone who may have seen the girl is asked to contact Lebanon Police at 482-1412.
