Lebanon — Diners at a Lebanon fast-food restaurant received a start when a suspected drug dealer was arrested at gunpoint in the parking lot.
A month-long investigation led to the arrest of Johnathon W. Elliott, 23, Lebanon, about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Burger King, 2245 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon, by the Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force, the agency said in a press release.
Elliott was taken from his blue Ford Thunderbird at gun-point, a witness to the incident said.
Elliott, 700 block of Smiley Street, Lebanon, is charged with class A felony dealing in methamphetamine, class B felony possession of methamphetamine, and class D felony unlawful possession of a syringe.
