Lebanon — Golf equipment, a pool slide and 65 bicycles are among items to be sold at the annual auction of surplus city equipment today.
The auction begins at 9 a.m. at the city garage, 1301 Lafayette Avenue.
“There are plenty of working bicycles,” Street Commissioner Larry Lee said. The selection includes 10-speed, mountain and BMX cycles.
Golf equipment includes driving range green pads; flags and poles; wire baskets; golf balls and a three-arm golf picker with baskets.
Four lawn mowers are included: 1999 and 1998 model 728D Ransomes with 72-inch cuts; a Toro Greenmaster Model 100 walk-behind unit and a Rider Fairway Reel model JD-2653A.
“We expect additional items by the auction,” Lee said.
The auctioneer will be Jerry Breedlove. Terms are cash or a check on a local bank, with identification. No out-of-state checks will be accepted.
