City, county attorney held on OWI charge
Lebanon — Eileen J. Sims, 59, whose law firm represents the city of Lebanon and the Boone County Commissioners, was arrested on multiple charges Thursday after she crashed into a fire hydrant and left the scene.
Sims was booked into the Boone County Jail after the 10:56 a.m. crash on charges of operating while intoxicated, public intoxication and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
