Emmert to crown new queen

Lebanon — Abby Emmert, Miss Boone County 2011, will be preside over the 2012 Miss Boone County 4-H Pageant at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Witham Health Services Pavilion. 

“This marks the 54th anniversary of the Miss Boone County 4-H Queen Pageant and the committee is excited to have the pageant kick-off the county fair festivities,” said Becky Livesay, pageant chairwoman,
