Boone County — The Boone County Polo Event returns for its ninth year July 14 at the Hickory Hall Polo Club, 7551 E. County Road 100 North, in Whitestown.
This is the first time Witham Health Services is partnering with Boone County Senior Services to put on the event.

Three Boone County law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty will be among those honored Wednesday during local observance of National Peace Officer’s Memorial Day.
The program is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday on the north steps of the Boone County Courthouse in downtown Lebanon. In the event of bad weather, the program will be held in the courthouse rotunda.
