Boone County — Morning rains may have affected attendance, but the balance of a National Health Center Week event Thursday at the Boone County Community Clinic drew a satisfying response.
“We think the weather may have kept some people away, but the day was still a success,” clinic director Bambi McQuade-Jones said. “Our patients had a great experience, and that is the most important thing.”
