Park prepares for holidays

Lebanon — Christmas decorations went up this week at Lebanon Memorial Park as the Lebanon Department of Parks prepares for the quickly-approaching holiday season.

The third annual Holidays at Herr Cabin will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the park. There will be refreshments and door prizes, along with vendors like The Pampered Chef, BeautiControl, Thirty-One, Premier Designs and Scentsy.

Christmas in the Cabin will be Saturday, Dec. 1, at the park. This year it will include a Christmas parade, with the lights around the park turning on as the parade passes by. The cabin will be open from 4 to 7 p.m. For $5, children can enjoy refreshments and make a craft.
