The Town of Zionsville and Boone County will contest a lawsuit filed Feb. 3 by the Hamilton County Airport Authority.
The HCAA is asking a judge to confirm that it has control over land use and zoning at the Indianapolis Executive Airport, 11329 E. Ind. 32. It is represented by Bryan Babb of Bose, McKinney & Evans, who declined to comment.
HCAA President Don Silvey has insisted the case is not meant to be adversarial.
“It’s just to confirm who has jurisdiction,” he said.

Two Boone County residents appear to have measles, while two Hamilton County residents — including at least one who visited the Super Bowl Village in Indianapolis on a day it was attended by about 200,000 people — have been confirmed as having the disease.
