Lebanon —
The Lebanon Tigersharks swimming and diving team knew that following Thursday night’s meet with Danville, they would have a long layoff.
They are entering the break on a high note. The girls topped the Warriors 138-47 and the boys won 105-79 to sweep Danville.
“We did pretty well, especially early,” Lebanon head coach Michael Dollens said. “As the meet wore on we got a little tired and started slugging off toward the end. We competed well though. When we had close races, I was happy with how we out-touched them. We either out-touched or set personal bests in all the close races, so that was good.”
The girls went 1-2-3 in three events and went 1-2 in two of the three relays.
Morgan Glendenning, Gabi Reese and Kailyn Stogsdill each won four events.
