Kevin D. Jacobs, 53, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at Wishard Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born Nov. 30, 1956.
Survivors include his wife, Pasty King (Jacobs); daughters, Karmel (Jacobs) Farris of Lebanon and Tammy (Jacobs) Benett of Lafayette; and four brothers, a sister and five grandchildren.
While Kevin lived in Lebanon, he worked for the Lebanon Community School Corporation and Jack’s Pizza.
Private services will be held for family only.
