Richard Henriksen, 64, of Boone County, passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at Saint Vincent Hospital.
He was born in 1948 in Ely, Minn., to Lillian V. Henriksen, of West Lafayette, and the late Melvin Henriksen.
He graduated from West Lafayette High School, Ivy Tech Community College, and Purdue University.
He retired from Biddles in Sheridan and Kentucky Colonel.
He is survived by a sister, Susan Beard, and a brother, Tom Henriksen.
Private family services will be held.
