Alvin Timothy “Tim” Quebe, 58, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, July 20, 2012, at his home.
Tim was born March 8, 1954, in Marion County, to Alvin W. and Rosemond (Christy) Quebe. He graduated from Clinton Central High School in 1972.
He married Deborrah Curtis on Sept. 14, 1974, and she survives.
Tim was an inspector at SIA Subaru since May 1990. He had previously worked at Exide in Frankfort for 20 years.
He was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness in Frankfort. He also belonged to “The Wheelmen,” and was an enthusiast for antique bicycles. He rode a unicycle and enjoyed motorcycles, Great Dane dogs, fishing, playing guitar, taking care of his cars and spending time with his grandsons.
Survivors include his wife, Deborrah Quebe of Frankfort; two daughters, Brandy (Jeremiah) Davis of Sheridan and Britney (Chuck) Clark of Herrin, Ill.; four sisters, Connie (Larry) Arringdale of Lafayette, Carole (Mike) Crousore of Illinois, Susan Dillon of Noblesville and Bonnie Kaiser of Columbus; and two grandsons, Austin Gibson and Brady Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Mike Dillon.
Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. today, July 24, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park.
