Todd Alan Burkeybyle

Mr. Todd Alan Burkeybyle, 55, of Lebanon and formally of Terre Haute, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.

He was born on Nov. 20, 1956, in Terre Haute, the son of the now late Chester A. and Evelyn J. (Puckett) Burkeybyle.

Todd attended school in Terre Haute, where he graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 1975. He then attended Purdue University.

He married Carol A. Sheets on June 2, 1979, in Terre Haute. They later divorced.

Todd had worked as a delivery driver for IMI in Lebanon since 1992. He was active in both Vigo County and Boone County 4-H programs. Todd was a member of Zionsville Presbyterian Church and he had attended Cross Tabernacle Church in Terre Haute.

A devoted brother, father, grandfather and friend, Todd was a wonderful family man and a great friend to all who knew him. His favorite hobby was riding his motorcycle.

Survivors include three daughters, Christina L. Burkeybyle of Terre Haute, Erin J. Burkeybyle of Greencastle, and Lauren A. (Robert) Waterman of Terre Haute; three grandchildren, Bryce N. Chandler, Caroline M. Burkeybyle, and Reid L. Waterman; brother Tony (Karen) Burkeybyle of Terre Haute; niece Kelee Burkeybyle; nephew Kenneth Burkeybyle, and two great nieces.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon St., Lebanon.

Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the funeral home with Craig Olney officiating.

Interment will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to Boone County 4-H Clubs, 1300 East 100 South, Lebanon, IN 46052, or to Vigo County 4-H Clubs, 275 Ohio Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807-3495.
