Brenda Ruth (Heath) Zdenek, 66, of Lebanon, died Monday, March 11, 2013, at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation at Parkwood in Lebanon.
Brenda was born in Norfolk, Va., on Nov. 28, 1946.
She was married to Michael Jon Zdenek, and they divorced. She later married Joseph Edward Fry; they also divorced.
Brenda had resided in Lebanon since 1974. She worked as a waitress at the Waffle House in Indianapolis, and for 10 years at the Holiday Inn in Lebanon. Survivors include three children, Brenda (Brian) Summers of Lafayette, Michael J. (Mildred) Zdenek of Indianapolis and Karl L. Zdenek of Lebanon; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Jim Heath; and two sisters, Joan Heath and Betty Heath.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 22, at Oak Hill Cemetery, 935 E. Washington St., Lebanon.
No Visitation is planned.
Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon, is handling the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
