Stethanie Ann (Allen) Lord

Mrs. Stethanie Ann (Allen) Lord, 60, of Thorntown, passed away Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at her residence.

Mrs. Lord was born May 20, 1952, in Frankfort, to Walter Robert and Barbara J. (Reeder) Allen. Both parents are now deceased. She graduated from Thorntown High School in 1970.

She married Jack Lord on April 13, 1996, in New Palestine. He survives and lives in Thorntown.

Mrs. Lord worked at Printer Supply in Indianapolis for 27 years, retiring in 2006.

Her hobbies included NASCAR, word search puzzles and bowling, and she was an avid reader. She loved her grandchildren.

Mrs. Lord was a member of Pleasant View Church, the church’s women’s fellowship and Lebanon Senior Citizens.

Survivors include sons, George Williams of Thorntown, Jeremy Goff of Kokomo and Timothy Williams of Martinsville; and grandchildren, Jaycob Williams, Madison Williams and Rachel Howard.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Allen.

Visitation is 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at Pleasant View Church, 5295 W. Ind. 32, Lebanon. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at the church, with Pastor Tom Evans officiating. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown.

Russell & Hitch Funeral Home, is handling arrangements.
