TAI CHI — Beginners class from 9:30 to 10 a.m.; intermediates from 10 to 11 a.m., at Boone County Senior Services, 515 Crown Pointe Dr. Beginners are welcome to participate in intermediate class also. Course will focus on improving flexibility, helping with arthritis pain and relieving stress. Instructor is Laura Michel, who is certified through the Arthritis Foundation. There is no cost and you do not have to commit to the entire six-week course. Registration is required.
