Course will focus on improving flexibility, helping with arthritis pain and relieving stress. Instructor is Laura Michel, who is certified through the Arthritis Foundation. There is no cost and you do not have to commit to the entire six-week course. Registration is required.

DANE AND JUDY WALK CANCER BENEFIT — Dinner starts at 6 p.m., auction at 7:30 p.m., at the American Legion Post No. 113, 1020 Hendricks Dr. Admission is $10; raffle tickets are five for $10. All proceeds will be donated to the Boone County Cancer Society to aid local cancer patients.
