9:53 a.m. — Porfirio Jimenez-Escudero, 31, Frankfort, probation violation, Jail Corrections Office.

Sunday, Sept. 9

6:41 p.m. — David Droeger, 22, Lebanon, driving while suspended, Lebanon Police Department.

3:50 p.m. — James R. Klaus, 29, Carmel, operating while intoxicated, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

4:32 a.m. — Michelle L. Richardson, 36, Advance, OWI-BAC of .08 or more, public intoxication, LPD.

3:02 a.m. — David Chaney, 18, Lafayette, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication, BCSO.

12:11 a.m. — Greg Silvers, 30, Otterbein, OWI-BAC of .08 or more, public intoxication, BCSO.

Saturday, Sept. 8

8:19 p.m. — Joseph L. Grinstead, 31, Lebanon, battery-domestic, BCSO.

5:40 p.m. — Teresa Cox, 40, Zionsville, driving while suspended, BCSO.

Friday, Sept. 7

10:07 p.m. — Chadwick Wilson, 22, Thorntown, battery-domestic, disorderly conduct, BCSO.
