The following persons were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office after review of arrest reports:

THURSDAY, JULY 2

9:38 a.m. — Michael L. Clodfelter, 25, Veedersburg, failure to appear and probation violation, no agency listed.

5:21 a.m. — Jason P. Seifert, 25, Whitestown, operating while intoxicated, Whitestown Police Department.

3:54 a.m. — Gary Thomas Wethington, 49, Lebanon, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, public intoxication, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

3:37 a.m. — Omar E. Cabrera, 20, Indianapolis, operating while intoxicated, minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication, Zionsville Police Department.

1:42 a.m. — Richard E. Martin, 32, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, no agency listed.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 1

11:44 p.m. — Robert Edmond Herron, 24, Indianapolis, driving while suspended and theft, BCSO.

Area public safety agencies responded to the following calls for service:

THURSDAY, JULY 2

3:04 p.m. — Drive-off theft of $25.09 in gasoline from Casey’s General Store, 723 S. Indianapolis Ave., Lebanon Police Department.

2:41 p.m. — Vehicle ran off the road causing a fuel spill at Cedar and First streets, Zionsville, Zionsville Fire Department.

2:30 p.m. — Caller reports someone wrote a “nasty message” on his truck with some kind of marker in the 400 block of Chicago St., LPD.

12:55 p.m. — Windows of a vehicle are marked up in the 5800 block of Elizaville Road, BCSO.

12:46 p.m. — Vehicle has been off the road, damaging caller’s property at Summersong Road and Willow Road, Zionsville, ZPD.

11:54 a.m. — Vehicle struck a mailbox and a utility pole in the 1500 block of Mid Jamestown Road, BCSO.

11:24 a.m. — Battery reported in the 800 block of Campbell St., LPD.

11:08 a.m. — Caller reports a toddler standing up in the front seat of a moving vehicle unrestrained on I-65 at mile marker 150, Thorntown, BCSO.

11:05 a.m. — Complaint that a raccoon is living in caller’s boat in the 700 block of Franklin St., Thorntown, Thorntown Police Department.

9:37 a.m. — Caller’s mailbox has been struck by a vehicle in the 9600 block of Greenthread Drive, ZPD.

4:47 a.m. — Road rage reported at Washington St. and Lebanon St. as a Chevy Blazer is following a Ford Taurus, LPD.

12:20 a.m. — Car keeps driving around and stopping in front of caller’s house in the 700 block of Hamilton St., LPD.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 1

11:57 p.m. — Caller’s neighbors are gone, but there are “lots” of people in their backyard in the 700 block of Elm St., LPD.

11:48 p.m. — Complaint that subjects are setting off aerial fireworks at CR 400 S and CR 875 E, Zionsville, ZPD.

10:12 p.m. — Son has become violent and locked mother out of the residence in the 6700 block of Stonegate Drive, Zionsville, BCSO.

9:52 p.m. — Fight reported at Longley Drive and Hendricks Drive, LPD.

9:26 p.m. — Caller thinks the trailer is on fire in the 400 block of Elm St., Lebanon Fire Department, LPD.

9:10 p.m. — Female from the 40 block of Dapple Court, Zionsville, keeps calling 911 for a non-emergency situation, ZPD.

7:36 p.m. — Caller reports a smoldering trash fire has become a nuisance in the 200 block of Bow St., Thorntown, Thorntown Fire Department, TPD.

7:20 p.m. — Someone smashed caller’s windshield in the 1900 block of Lafayette Ave., LPD.

7:15 p.m. — Someone scratched a name on caller’s car in the 800 block of South St., LPD.

7:14 p.m. — Caller’s daughter’s patio door was busted in, 1900 block of Lafayette Ave., LPD.

6:51 p.m. — Caller reports several small children playing in the middle of the road in the 500 block of Main St., LPD.

6:50 p.m. — Bale of hay in the road at Garfield and Busby streets, LPD.

5:30 p.m. — Domestic disturbance with three children in the house reported in the 600 block of Minerva St., LPD.

4:58 p.m. — One of caller’s vehicles was keyed in the 400 block of Lebanon St., LPD.
