2:05 p.m. — Stuart Brown, 31, Muncie, identity deception and driving while suspended, BCSO.
8:55 a.m. — Peter L. Ekpo, 48, Fishers, OWI endangering a person, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher and public intoxication, Jail Corrections Officer.
1:56 a.m. — Jamie Alan Summers, 36, Lebanon, failure to appear, Lebanon Police Department.

10:23 p.m. — Lindsay Moore, 30, Zionsville, violation of bond conditions, Thorntown Police Department.
9:12 p.m. — Robert Dale Curry, 69, Zionsville, OWI of .10 or higher causing serious bodily injury and OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, BCSO.
