Friday, Sept. 21

11:38 a.m. — Heber Alvarado, 26, Indianapolis, failure to appear, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Thursday, Sept. 20

6:03 p.m. — Nicholaus Duane Jones, 30, Louisville, Ky., driving while suspended and failure to appear, Whitestown Police Department.
