2:21 a.m. — Alexander Armstrong, 24, Danville, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher and public intoxication, Zionsville Police Department.

10:47 p.m. — Adam E. Ferrell, 29, Lebanon, strangulation and domestic battery, BCSO.
10:31 p.m. — Mark Fihma, 63, Noblesville, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, ZPD.
9:18 p.m. — Ashley M. Galbreath, 21, Indianapolis, failure to appear, Jail Corrections Officer.
