3:52 a.m. — David M. Kemplin, 30, Lizton, theft and unlawful possession of syringe, Whitestown Police Department.

Monday, Dec. 31

4:44 a.m. — Douglas Escue, 23, Whitestown, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, WPD.

1:41 a.m. — Jason C. Campbell, 24, Lebanon, driving while suspended, Lebanon Police Department.

Sunday, Dec. 30

9:17 p.m. — Carrie Renee Edens, 28, Lebanon, driving while suspended, LPD.

8:54 p.m. — Dominic Michael Battiato, 29, Lebanon, driving while suspended, LPD.

1:07 a.m. — Jeffrey Alan Joiner, 51, Advance, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher and public intoxication, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Saturday, Dec. 29

3:03 a.m. — Jeremy G. Smith, 19, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, LPD.

1:33 a.m. — Charles Michael Marsh, 53, Thorntown, operating while intoxicated, LPD.

Friday, Dec. 28

11:17 p.m. — Zarth Arn Lee, 51, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, LPD.

9:21 p.m. — Jason A. Owens, 41, Noblesville, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, BCSO.
