The following persons were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office after review of arrest reports:

friday, aug. 21

11:45 a.m. — Jeffery Lamont Morrow, 24, Indianapolis, failure to appear, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

11:25 a.m. — Beth Spagnuolo, 31, North Salem, nonsupport of a child, BCSO.

9 a.m. — Ashley Michelle Birge, 24, Jamestown, probation violation, Lebanon Police Department.

12:54 a.m. — Mark Ryan Proctor, 34, Lebanon, public intoxication, LPD.

12:06 a.m. — Evan Michael Gruhlke, 18, Lowell, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, BCSO.

thursday, aug. 20

11:41 p.m. — Dustin Taylor Leath, 25, Lebanon, false reporting/informing and identity deception, LPD.

10:51 p.m. — Benjamin Glover, 18, Zionsville, resisting law enforcement, theft and minor consuming, Zionsville Police Department.



Area public safety agencies responded to the following calls for service:

friday, aug. 21

4:02 p.m. — Accident with injury at Anson Blvd. and CR 400 South, Whitestown, BCSO, Boone County EMS.

3:56 p.m. — Property damage accident in the 4700 block of CR 750 South, BCSO.

3:26 p.m. — Property damage accident between a bus and a parked vehicle at Main St. and Oak St., Zionsville, ZPD.

2:23 p.m. — Property damage accident at 96th St. and U.S. 421, Zionsville, ZPD.

1:58 p.m. — Property damage accident between an SUV and a scooter at Lafayette Ave. and Main St., LPD.

1:39 p.m. — Theft of prescription medication at Zionsville Immediate Care, 1650 W. Oak St., Zionsville, ZPD.

12:20 p.m. — Caller reports a male subject in the 600 block of Meridian St. is peeling off siding and shouldn’t even be there, LPD.

10:08 a.m. — Battery reported at Lebanon High School, 510 E. Essex Dr., LPD.

7:37 a.m. — Several cars vandalized in the 100 block of Washington St., LPD.

6:25 a.m. — Property damage hit-and-run accident on I-65 at mile marker 131, Whitestown, Whitestown Police Department.

3:54 a.m. — Dumpster on fire in the 100 block of North St., Lebanon Fire Department.

3:45 a.m. — Tires slashed on a vehicle in the 100 block of Lebanon St., LPD.

thursday, aug. 20

9:48 p.m. — Theft reported from Marsh Supermarket, 5 Boone Village, Zionsville, ZPD.

7:35 p.m. — Accident with unknown injuries at Ind. 334 and U.S. 421, Zionsville, ZPD, Zionsville Fire Department.

7:17 p.m. — Caller reports someone smoking drugs driving in the 400 block of Mt. Zion Road, LPD.

5:35 p.m. — Gun missing from caller’s home in the 1500 block of Yates St., LPD.

5:33 p.m. — Rifle stolen from caller’s home in the 900 block of Cohen St., LPD.

5:23 p.m. — Male subject strangling a small kitten in the 7100 block of CR 550 South, Zionsville, BCSO.
