Public agenda for Dec. 6

Western Boone Schools

The Western Boone Community School Corp. will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the administration building. The agenda includes design and development phase of the building project; a line of credit for 2009; board policy on non-resident student admission; curriculum changes; the Youth Action Community Council of Boone County contract, amendment to the teachers’ contract; non-certified salaries and end of the year financial accounting.



thorntown Library

The Thorntown Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6 p.m. Monday. Items on the agenda include an insurance proposal from Jackson-McCormick, a visit from Arctic Aaron’s Northern Animals, museum update and a Clinton Township contract for service.



Lebanon public library

The Lebanon Public Library board of trustees will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the downstairs meeting room, 104 E. Washington St.



Zionsville Park and Recreation

The Zionsville Park and Recreation Board will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 W. Oak St., Zionsville. Agenda items include the Turkey Foot Parking Lot, golf course management and year end report, Elm Street property negotiations and superintendent search update.



Hussey-Mayfield Library

The Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library will meet at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 18, in the Lora Hussey Room, 250 N. Fifth St., Zionsville. The meeting will begin with the bylaws/nominating committee, followed by an executive session at 7 p.m. and the board meeting at 7:30 p.m. The board’s next meeting is 9:30 a.m. Dec. 29 to consider year-end financial issues.
