friday, june 5

12:06 p.m. — Timothy Weld, 33, Lebanon, domestic battery and criminal confinement, Lebanon Police Department.

2:57 a.m. — Daniel Earl Wynne II, 43, Lebanon, public intoxication, LPD.

12:33 a.m. — Caleb M. Gregory, 19, Lebanon, minor in possession of alcohol, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Thursday, June 4

10:14 p.m. — Mark Andrew Steely, 46, Danville, driving while suspended, Advance Police Department.

7:43 p.m. — Timothy A. Shelley, 22, Lebanon, driving while suspended, LPD.

5:16 p.m. — Alicia Montalvo, 24, Frankfort, driving while suspended, Indiana State Police.

3:01 p.m. — Lewis C. Thomas, 51, Lafayette, probation violation, BCSO.



Area public safety agencies responded to the following calls for service:

2:59 p.m. — Injury accident with one subject not moving in the 10000 block of Oak Ridge Dr., Zionsville, Zionsville Police Department, Zionsville Fire Department.

1:26 p.m. — Injury accident involving a motorcyclist who is conscious and breathing in the 100 block of Lebanon St., LPD, Boone County EMS, Lebanon Fire Department.

11:10 a.m. — Woman at LPD reports she has been held captive and strangled by her boyfriend, LPD.

10:03 a.m. — Caller’s door mat taken in the 4600 block of Winterstill Road, Zionsville, ZPD.

9:06 a.m. — Someone has placed a piece of wood with caution tape on it in caller’s mailbox in the 3800 block of Tartan Trail, Whitestown, Whitestown Police Department.

2:40 a.m. — Wheel of semi is on fire on the exit ramp of I-65 at mile marker 140, LFD.

2:31 a.m. — Caller reports a subject trying to remove a license plate from a vehicle in the alley in the 700 block of Main St., LPD.

12:20 a.m. — Injuries reported after a vehicle hit a deer at Ind. 47 and U.S. 52, Thorntown, Boone County EMS, Thorntown Fire Department, BCSO.

Thursday, June 4

10:32 p.m. — Caller’s front door was kicked in, 4700 block of CR 25 West, BCSO.

10:10 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported in the 1400 block of Geri Dr.; caller says his mother threw him into the wall, LPD.

9:58 p.m. — Open burn reported in the 600 block of Russell Lake West Dr., Zionsville, ZFD.

9:07 p.m. — Complaint of fireworks being shot at a stop sign at Honeysuckle Lane and Shelburne Way, Zionsville, ZPD.

8:56 p.m. — Male and female fighting in the 7600 block of Ind. 267, BCSO.

8:19 p.m. — Report from the Zionsville Fire Department of a police department unit hitting an ambulance, ZPD.

8:17 p.m. — Two girls walking in the 100 block of Muirfield Circle and a stray dog is trying to bite them, LPD.

7:36 p.m. — Neighbors are shooting a pellet gun at caller’s dog in the 300 block of Vine St., Thorntown, TPD.

7:11 p.m. — Car seat in the road in the 1000 block of Lebanon St., LPD.

6:24 p.m. — Stray dog at caller’s residence in the 5200 block of CR 200 East, BCSO.

6:24 p.m. — Female jumped into caller’s truck while he was driving through the TA Travel Center on I-65 at mile marker 130; she jumped off the truck while he was driving down the interstate, and she rolled into a ditch, WPD.

5:35 p.m. — Caller at Wildcat Creek Outfitters, 125 W. Sycamore St., Zionsville, has five juveniles detained for trespassing, ZPD.

5:32 p.m. — House broken into in the 1600 block of Riley Road, LPD.

4:06 p.m. — Neighbor’s dog bit caller’s 12-year-old son in the 8800 block of Pin Oak Dr., Zionsville, ZPD.

3:55 p.m. — Kids playing in the street on Pierce St., Whitestown, WPD.

3:47 p.m. — German Shepard in the median of I-65 at mile marker 136, BCSO.
