friday, june 19

4:44 a.m. — Ashley Marie Sloan, 25, Pittsboro, public intoxication, Lebanon Police Department.

4:31 a.m. — Thaddaeus A. Sauls, 23, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

1:41 a.m. — Richard Andrew Miller, 27, Chicago, Ill., operating while intoxicated and public intoxication, BCSO.

12:37 a.m. — Alex Junior McGlothlin, 47, Whitestown, intimidation and domestic battery, Whitestown Police Department.

thursday, june 18

11:31 p.m. — Carol Ann Karlewicz, 48, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated, Zionsville Police Department.

11:09 p.m. — Rodney Thomas Reed, 38, Zionsville, failure to appear, BCSO.



Area public safety agencies responded to the following calls for service:

friday, june 19

5:02 p.m. — Collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle at I-65 and Ind. 39; subject has a severe leg injury, Boone County EMS, Lebanon Fire Department.

4:06 p.m. — Caller reports a dog left in a vehicle with the windows barely cracked at Marsh, 2250 N. Lebanon St., LPD.

3:51 p.m. — Tree in the road at Ind. 234 and Ind. 75, Jamestown, Jamestown Police Department.

3:43 p.m. — Unknown number of vehicles and injuries reported in a crash on I-65 at mile marker 141, BCSO, Center Township Fire Department.

3:23 p.m. — Stolen credit card reported in the 5300 block of 96th St., Zionsville, ZPD.

1:28 p.m. — Items stolen from two of caller’s cars in the 500 block of Ash St., LPD.

12:53 p.m. — Caller heard shots fired from the 300 block of Sixth St., Zionsville, ZPD.

12:26 p.m. — Overturned semi on I-865 at mile marker 4, Zionsville, BCSO.

11:21 a.m. — Realtor signs and lot markers pulled up from a property in the 6500 block of Montana Springs Dr., Zionsville, and taken to another location, BCSO.

9:11 a.m. — Report that someone tried to break into the concession building in the 4800 block of Willow Road, Zionsville, ZPD.

8:35 a.m. — Theft of items in caller’s car reported from the 600 block of Pearl St., LPD.

7:42 a.m. — Car broken into in the 400 block of Ash St., LPD.

3:34 a.m. — Injury accident reported at CR 300 South and CR 800 East with an 18-year-old male with a head injury, BCSO, Zionsville Fire Department.

2:18 a.m. — A transformer on Witt Road is making a loud humming noise, LPD.

12:11 a.m. — Subjects throwing rocks and mooning passersby at CR 250 North and Elm Swamp Road, BCSO.

thursday, june 18

11:54 p.m. — Scooter stolen from the 500 block of Meridian St., LPD.

11:49 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported on Lucas St. in Whitestown after a 911 hang up call; police request medics, WPD.

11:19 p.m. — Cell phone stolen in the 200 block of Main St., LPD.

9:34 p.m. — Report that a group of juveniles are “wasted” at the skate park at Ford Road and Mulberry St. and ruining it for the rest of the visitors, ZPD.

7:27 p.m. — Complaint of fireworks being shot off at Elm St. and Evans St. with a trailer full of hay nearby, LPD.

5:29 p.m. — Complaint of a dog left in a hot car parked at the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library, 250 N. Fifth St., Zionsville, ZPD.

5:12 p.m. — Caller reports a very strong odor of marijuana in the 300 block of East St., LPD.

5 p.m. — Caller has three juveniles detained for shoplifting at Speedway Gas Station, 1618 N. Lebanon St., LPD.

4:20 p.m. — Neighbor’s dog bit caller’s small dog in the 2500 block of Countryside Dr., LPD.
