Monday, June 22

9:17 a.m. — Harold Dwayne Frye, 47, Lebanon, violation of bond conditions, Lebanon Police Department.

5:21 a.m. — Georgia L. Brunk, 41, Indianapolis, failure to appear, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

3:06 a.m. — Justin D. Smith, 22, Kokomo, failure to appear, BCSO.

12:44 a.m. — Joshua Aaron Johnes, 28, Lebanon, probation violation, BCSO.

Sunday, June 21

11:45 p.m. — LaShae D. Penrose, 19, Thorntown, disorderly conduct, Thorntown Police Department.

7:44 p.m. — Kayla N. Warmoth, 21, Thorntown, failure to appear, TPD.

2:09 p.m. — Scott Thomas Hogan, 32, Kirklin, probation violation, LPD.

3:24 a.m. — Jerry Lowell Strong, 40, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication and possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, BCSO.

3:13 a.m. — Terry Brown, 48, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated, Zionsville Police Department.

2:29 a.m. — Kelsey Rael Tanselle, 19, Lebanon, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, possession of paraphernalia, minor in possession of alcohol, LPD.

12:40 a.m. — Priscilla Joy VanHooser, 48, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication, BCSO.

Saturday, June 20

3:50 p.m. — Mary Ellen Farrell, 52, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, ZPD.

4:27 p.m. — Drugs in a home in the 300 block of Pearl St., Lebanon, LPD.

4:10 p.m. — Garage of home in the 500 block of Royal St., Lebanon, broken into, LPD.

4:06 p.m. — Horse loose in the area of Hunt Club Road and Ind. 775 E., Zionsville, BCSO.

2:47 p.m. — Caller concerned about dog in the 600 block of Noble St., Lebanon, without shade or clean water, LPD.

2:36 p.m. — Property damage accident in the intersection of Main and Patterson streets, Lebanon, LPD.

2:22 p.m. — Residential burglary in the 11500 block of West County Road 300 S, BCSO.

1:54 p.m. — Red Camaro ran into fence and took off in the 2000 block of Elizaville Road, Lebanon, LPD.

11:24 a.m. — Smoke coming from a washing machine in the 1100 block of Maxwell Lane, Zionsville, ZPD.

11:18 a.m. — J and M Auto Sales, Lebanon, received a fraudulent check, LPD.

11 a.m. — Loose boxer in the 1000 block of S. Oak St., Lebanon. Dog seems friendly but it is an ongoing problem, LPD.

10:58 a.m. — 18-year-old woman passed out at the Walgreen Drug Store in Lebanon, Boone County EMS, Lebanon Fire Department.

10:40 a.m. — Tube broken at the State Bank of Lizton in Whitestown, Whitestown Police Department.

7:23 a.m. — Suspicious activity in the area of Grant Street and Essex Drive. Stadium lights are on at the baseball diamond and doors are open, LPD.

1:54 a.m. — Domestic disturbance reported from the first block of West Pierce St., Whitestown, WPD.

Sunday, June 21

11:16 p.m. — Domestic disturbance, man vs. daughter, in the 400 block of North Pearl St., Thorntown, TPD.

11:09 p.m. — Complaint of noise in the parking lot of a business in the 1600 block of North Lebanon St., Lebanon, LPD.

10:29 p.m. — Someone has written “White Trash” on the garage door of a home in the 1200 block of Citation Circle West, Lebanon, LPD. Caller believes she knows who did it.

10:15 p.m. — Male flipped vehicle in the 8500 block of East 750 N., Sheridan, BCSO, Sheridan Fire Department.

8:03 p.m. — Person took a laptop and drove away in the 9400 block of Greenthread Dr., Zionsville, ZPD.

7:49 p.m. — Theft of a grill from the 600 block of Lebanon St., Lebanon, LPD.

6:11 p.m. — Fire alarm at Perry-Worth Elementary School, Center Township Fire Department.

5:05 p.m. — Someone stole stereo and tools out of a truck in the 700 block of South Coombs St., Lebanon, LPD.

5:01 p.m. — Motorist reported subject in a passing black BMW threw something out of the car window and struck her car on I-65 southbound on 134 mile marker, BCSO.

4:52 p.m. — Female walking said male in a blue cavalier tried to run her over in the 600 block of West Plum St., Thorntown.

3:57 p.m. — Fire alarm at Perry-Worth Elementary School, CTFD.

3:26 p.m. — Domestic disturbance in the area of Lafayette and Hoy avenues, Lebanon, LPD.

2:58 p.m. — Threats made over a garage sale sign in the area of Bloor Lane and Mulberry St., Zionsville.

12:50 a.m. — Woman said her boyfriend stole money from her in the 200 block of Longley Dr., Lebanon, LPD.

10:49 a.m. — Threats made between neighbors in the 200 block of E. Superior St., Lebanon, LPD.

1:18 a.m. — Report of subject in a white SUV trying to get into the Jamestown Fire Department, JPD.

12:38 a.m. — Several vehicles with lights out reported at the cemetery at Grant Street and Cemetery Road, TPD.

12:06 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported near the Thorntown Elementary ball diamonds, TPD.

Saturday, June 20

10:20 p.m. — Someone entered a garage in the 9700 block of Barth Drive, Zionsville, and stole a case of beer from the refrigerator, ZPD. The garage door was open.

10:12 p.m. — Caller thought she heard someone tapping on her window in the 100 block of W. Tripps Ave., Lebanon, LPD.

9:57 p.m. — Vehicle struck by tire that came off another car at Busby and Lebanon streets, LPD.

7:49 p.m. — Strong odor of smoke at Parkwood Health Care, Lebanon, Lebanon Fire Department.

4:50 p.m. — Gas grill on fire on the deck of a home in the 4000 block of N. US 52, Thorntown, Thorntown Fire Department.

4:14 p.m. — Caller reported theft of medications from her purse at CVS in Lebanon, LPD.
