The following persons were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office after review of arrest reports:

TUESDAY, JUNE 23

2:19 p.m. — Diane M. James, 53, Lebanon, probation violation, Lebanon Police Department.

4:02 a.m. — Kathryn Elizabeth Harding, 19, Indianapolis, two counts of driving while suspended, Whitestown Police Department.

MONDAY, June 22

11:23 p.m. — Antonio Julian Perez, 32, Frankfort, habitual traffic violator, operating while intoxicated and public intoxication, Thorntown Police Department.

11 p.m. — Pedro Carreno, 45, Frankfort, public intoxication, TPD.

9:41 p.m. — Jesse B. Bell, 34, Lebanon, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil and possession of paraphernalia, LPD.

9:22 p.m. — Jason D. Burtner, 23, Lebanon, domestic battery, LPD.



Area public safety agencies responded to the following calls for service:

TUESDAY, JUNE 23

1:56 p.m. — Railroad crossing lights are flashing red at CR 125 S and Ind. 39 and there is no train coming, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

1:31 p.m. — Caller saw a male grab and push a female out of a vehicle at I-65 and Ind. 334 and leave her there, WPD.

1:03 p.m. — Two males riding bikes down the middle of the street in the 300 block of Birchwood Dr. and causing problems, LPD.

12:50 p.m. — Child has battered staff in Cummins Mental Health, 1005 S. Meridian St., Lebanon, LPD.

12:47 p.m. — Car rolled at CR 950 E and CR 850 N with minor injuries, BCSO, Sheridan Fire Department.

12:37 p.m. — Complaint that the barricades at Ind. 334 and Cooper Road, Zionsville, are set up so that both directions of travel must cross into oncoming traffic, BCSO.

9:19 a.m. — Trailer and lawn mower stolen overnight from the 300 block of Indianapolis Ave., LPD.

9:18 a.m. — Caller believes subjects just broke into an abandoned residence in the 1700 block of Witt Ave., LPD.

6:13 a.m. — Caller reports graffiti on the road in the 6500 block of Abby Lane, BCSO.

6:11 a.m. — Radio stolen from caller’s car in the 1200 block of Victoria Dr., LPD.

MONDAY, June 22

11:35 p.m. — Fight between two males reported in the 1500 block of Beck St., LPD.

10:05 p.m. — Two dogs running loose in the 700 block of Washington St., LPD.

9:27 p.m. — Fifteen-year-old caller reports her mother hit her in the 6600 block of Wimbledon Dr., BCSO.

9:01 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported in the 400 block of Elm St.; male had female in a head lock, LPD.

8:49 p.m. — Zionsville Police Department, 1075 Parkway Dr., Zionsville, reports a box at the back of the building is smoking, Zionsville Fire Department.

7:56 p.m. — Drive-off theft of $26.31 in gasoline from Flying J Truck Stop, 520 S. Ind. 39, LPD.

4:36 p.m. — Vehicle vs. building accident in the 200 block of Washington St. without injury, LPD.
