Monday, June 29

4:43 p.m. — Tracey Melcher, 31, Chesterton, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, possession of paraphernalia, operating while intoxicated, Lebanon Police Department.

Sunday, June 28

2:59 p.m. — Charles T. Mancourt, 39, Linden, harassment, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

5:46 a.m. — Jason Nicholas Kincaid, 24, Jamestown, possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, public intoxication, LPD.

3:48 a.m. — Matthew Allan Venis, 23, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, LPD.

2:44 a.m. — Heather Marie Sherwood, 25, Indianapolis, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication, BCSO.

1:20 a.m. — Terry A. Miller, 50, Indianapolis, operating while intoxicated, Zionsville Police Department.

Saturday, June 27

5:28 p.m. — Stephanie K. Kortman, 34, Kirklin, forgery, LPD.

5:42 a.m. — Kevin Douglas Ober, 18, Frankfort, possession of paraphernalia, minor consuming, LPD.

12:21 a.m. — Marc W. Blue, 35, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, public intoxication, LPD.

Monday, June 29

4:44 p.m. — Property-damage accident at North and James streets, Lebanon, LPD.

4:05 p.m. — Car struck by an umbrella at Five Star Carwash, Lebanon, LPD.

3:41 p.m. — Caller at the 140 mile marker on I-65 northbound said a female smoking a bong almost rear ended her vehicle, LPD.

2:48 p.m. — Man and woman in a blue F150 pickup stopped at a business in the 1500 block of W. South St., Lebanon, and asked if they could take the skids. The company said no and the couple took them anyway, LPD.

2:29 p.m. — Complaint of stolen checks in the 4000 block of N. Haffner Dr., Jamestown, BCSO.

12:28 p.m. — Skinny white man with a bald head seen crawling into the window of an abandoned home in the 500 block of W. Ash St., Lebanon, LPD.

11:16 a.m. — Three-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Damage only, LPD.

10:26 a.m. — Property-damage accident at Lebanon and Main streets, Lebanon Two subjects are arguing, LPD.

9:19 a.m. — Report of a row of trees struck in the 600 block of Sycamore Court, Zionsville, BCSO.

8:26 a.m. — Possible theft of a motorcycle title in the 1200 block of S. 1050 W, BCSO.

8:21 a.m. — Sickly pitbull dumped in the 6300 block of E. 400 N, Sheridan. Dog is growling at caller’s granddaughter, BCSO.

6:45 a.m. — Vehicle struck caller’s mirror in the area of 8200 N. Ind. 39, Thorntown, BCSO.

Sunday, June 28

11:23 p.m. — Elderly male wearing dark clothes and whistling appeared confused, walking on Elm Swamp Road from Elizaville, LPD.

9:50 p.m. — Someone entered home and stole phone in the 1900 block of N. Lafayette Ave., Lebanon, LPD.

9:40 p.m. — Woman called to report a battery between her mother and her mother’s roommate at Parkwood Health Care, LPD.

8:47 p.m. — Subject in a kayak fishing in the Rockbridge Subdivision retention pond. The person is not a resident, BCSO.

8:16 p.m. — Chemical spill reported in the 300 block of W. Oak St., Zionsville, ZPD.

6:40 p.m. — Elderly male walked out of Kroger in Lebanon with a cart full of groceries without paying. An employee confronted the man, but the man left with the groceries, LPD.

7:19 p.m. — Caller said his wife is hitting his car and tore the phone out of the wall in the 400 block of W. Elm St., Lebanon, LPD.

7:01 p.m. — Theft of a purse reported at Ulen Country Club, Lebanon, LPD.

6:10 p.m. — Male had female in a headlock; verbal argument under carport of a home in the 140 block of N. Bailey Court, Zionsville, ZPD.

5:03 p.m. — Personal injury accident in the 400 block of S. Lebanon St., Lebanon, LPD.

12:22 a.m. — Kids tearing up the cornfields in the area of 8200 N. Ind. 39, Thorntown, BCSO.

Saturday, June 27

11:48 p.m. — Fireworks complaint in the 700 block of West Plum St., Thorntown, TPD.

11:19 p.m. — Music with loud thumping base in the 400 block of West Bow St., Thorntown, TPD.

11:15 p.m. — Friendly dog on the caller’s property in the 900 block of West Syracuse Dr., Lebanon, LPD.

8:39 p.m. — Stove on fire in a home in the 1900 block of N. Lafayette Ave., Lebanon, Lebanon Fire Department, Boone County EMS, LPD.

7:39 p.m. — People throwing water balloons at passing cars in the 500 block of North Lebanon St., Lebanon, LPD.

4:31 p.m. — Small kitchen fire at Dick and Judy’s Restaurant in Jamestown, Jamestown Fire Department.

4:12 p.m. — Theft of a purse from the Movie Gallery, 1200 block of West Oak St., Zionsville, ZPD.

1:25 p.m. — Headstone vandalized at Zionsville Cemetery, ZPD.

10:15 a.m. — Theft from a car at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 E. South St., Lebanon, LPD.

8:25 a.m. — Back window of a vehicle in the 8300 block of N. Burg Ave., Thorntown, was broken sometime during the night; nothing taken, BCSO.

4:59 a.m. — Juveniles on bicycles riding up and down the dirt mounts at Walmart, Lebanon, LPD.

1:04 a.m. — Fight at Johnny’s Bar, Lebanon, LPD.

Midnight — Caller reports smell of marijuana and underage drinking in the 9600 block of E. CR 600 S, Zionsville, BCSO.

Friday, June 26

11:24 p.m. — Female reading a book while driving in the 7900 block of W. CR 700 S, Jamestown, BCSO.

10:47 p.m. — Domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Austin Dr., Lebanon, LPD.

9:45 p.m. — Juveniles at the pool at Indigo Blue Boulevard and Limelight Lane, Whitestown, smoking and misbehaving, Whitestown Police Department.

9 p.m. — Car with wallet and phone inside taken from the 300 block of N. East St., Lebanon, LPD.

8:37 p.m. — Three male juveniles from Westmoor Drive drove through property in the 2300 block of N. Granite Drive, Lebanon, LPD.

7:30 p.m. — Report of a guy at the swing set by the pool in Lebanon Memorial Park trying to sell marijuana, LPD.

6:47 p.m. — Dog in a small red car in the 2400 block of N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. All the windows are rolled up; caller not sure how long the dog has been there, LPD.

6:35 p.m. — Single-vehicle rollover accident with injury at 800 N near U.S. 52, Thorntown, BCSO, Thorntown Fire Department.

5:07 p.m. — Theft in the 200 block of W. Lakeshore Dr., Lebanon, LPD.
