12:53 a.m. — Ronald McDaniel, 52, Frankfort, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher and public intoxication, Lebanon Police Department.
Thursday, Aug. 16
11:26 p.m. — Mark Douglas Hancock, 42, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, LPD.
8:46 p.m. — Ethan Fowler, 40, Monmouth, Ill., failure to appear, Jail Corrections Officer.
