2:47 p.m. — Jason Addcox Peak, 34, Whitestown, failure to appear, Lebanon Police Department.

5:32 a.m. — Ashley Cox, 23, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

10:40 p.m. — William Thomas Williams, 27, Indianapolis, probation violation, BCSO.

8:20 p.m. — Wilfredo Orlando Perez, 23, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, LPD.

7:08 a.m. — Television stolen from caller’s residence overnight in the 700 block of Franklin Trace, Zionsville, ZPD.

5:50 a.m. — Caller’s 21-year-old daughter has locked herself in a vehicle during a domestic disturbance in the 9600 block of Pine Ridge S. Dr., BCSO.

4:05 a.m. — Caller reports a male subject beat on her door in the 400 block of Elm St., stating that someone is trying to shoot him, LPD.

monday, dec. 21

11:55 p.m. — Window busted out of caller’s vehicle in the 4200 block of Anson Blvd., Whitestown, Whitestown Police Department.

10:18 p.m. — Domestic disturbance reported in the 200 block of Market St., Thorntown, Thorntown Police Department.

8:56 p.m. — Lost puppy showed up at caller’s house in the 5000 block of Willow Road, Zionsville, ZPD.

8:53 p.m. — Four teenagers walking door-to-door, throwing snowballs and ringing doorbells, in the 1200 block of Thomas Dr., LPD.

4:45 p.m. — Caller reports two large, aggressive dogs in his fenced-in backyard in the 8200 block of Ind. 39, Thorntown, BCSO.

4:12 p.m. — Property damage accident in the 1600 block of Ind. 32, BCSO.

4:06 p.m. — Domestic disturbance between father and son in the 400 block of Elm St.; fight was physical, but has calmed down now, LPD.

12:27 a.m. — Taco Bell, 435 N. Mt. Zion Road, is lit up, but no one is around, LPD.

11:49 p.m. — Two vehicles involved in a property damage accident in the 5800 block of Ind. 47, BCSO.

11:16 p.m. — Caller reports a suspicious vehicle at Dairy Queen, 4961 W. Ind. 47; vehicle has expired tags and several hand guns and handcuffs on the floor, BCSO.

11:10 p.m. — A sign was hit in a hit-and-run accident in the 10200 block of Oak Ridge Dr., Zionsville, ZPD.

8:51 p.m. — Drugs reported in the 1100 block of Cedar Court, LPD.

5:59 p.m. — Subject hit a parked car in the 100 block of Main St., Jamestown, Jamestown Police Department.

3:04 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident with one subject stating he isn’t sure if he’s okay in the 1200 block of Ind. 32, LPD, Boone County EMS, Lebanon Fire Department.

11:48 a.m. —Tire came off a car, causing an accident in the 4200 block of CR 350 West, Thorntown, BCSO.

11:13 a.m. — Property damage accident on I-74 at mile marker 54, Jamestown, BCSO.

10:37 a.m. — Medication stolen from the 700 block of Indian Springs, LPD.

10:14 a.m. — White car in a ditch on I-74 at mile marker 52, Jamestown, BCSO.

9:39 a.m. — Caller complains a subject is riding his snowmobile all over Southside Park, Birchwood and Hendricks, while he is trying to walk his dog, LPD.

9:30 a.m. — Two-vehicle property damage accident at Ind. 47 and U.S. 421, Sheridan, BCSO.

9:14 a.m. — Property damage accident on I-65 at mile marker 142, BCSO.
