Monday, July 9

9:30 a.m. — Sara K. Ritchardson, 31, Jamestown, operating while intoxicated, Boone County for Marion County.

9:18 a.m. — Jacob Lee Veatch, 31, Shelbyville, forgery, Lebanon Police Department.

8:35 a.m. — Jeremy D. Smith, 27, Indianapolis, failure to appear, Indiana State Police.

5:27 a.m. — Jolyia Walker, 21, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

12:23 a.m. — Jessie Hill, 45, Cumberland, failure to appear, Marion County for Boone County.

Sunday, July 8

9:43 p.m. — David Barnes, 39, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, Zionsville Police Department.

6 p.m. — Brian Kelly, 42, Cincinnati, Ohio, operating while intoxicated, BCSO.

4:40 p.m. — Tracie Taha, 37, Thorntown, fraud, Boone County for Hendricks County.

1:46 p.m. — Jorge Navarro-Ortiz, 34, Frankfort, driving while suspended, Whitestown Police Department.

7:54 a.m. — Jeffrey L. Albaugh, 56, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated, ZPD.

4:02 a.m. — Brandon M. Nieukirk, 34, Cambridge, battery resulting in minor injury, LPD.

1:33 a.m. — Zachary M. Garland, 28, Jamestown, OWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, LPD.

1:18 a.m. — Drew Bradley, 19, Lebanon, resisting law enforcement, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana, hash or hash oil, Thorntown Police Department.

Saturday, July 7

6:59 p.m. — James Bacon, 32, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, WPD.
