5:57 a.m. — Ely Bailey, 19, Zionsville, minor consuming, BCSO.

3:39 a.m. — Brian Eugene Hughes, 44, Frankfort, residential entry and criminal mischief, LPD.

2:23 a.m. — Stuart M. Jenkins, 32, Zionsville, operating while intoxicated, Zionsville Police Department.

MONDAY, JULY 26

9:54 p.m. — John D. Cleveland, 20, Lebanon, failure to appear, BCSO.

2:11 p.m. — Mitchell Adam Smith, 20, Crawfordsville, probation violation, BCSO.

12:15 p.m. — Derrick Steven Cross, 34, Whitestown, failure to appear, BCSO.

11:13 a.m. — Stephanie D. Bartley, 26, Frankfort, failure to appear, BCSO.
