— Stacey Nicole Messenger and 2nd Lt. Evan Stuart Nordstrom were married July 17, 2010, at the Columbia Club, in Indianapolis. Steve Jaggers officiated.
The matron of honor was Kristen Miller of Avon, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Katie Bina of Chicago, Crystal Breese of Indianapolis and Faye Messenger of Lexington, Ky., sister-in-law of the bride. The best man was Lance Cpl. Max Nordstrom, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Mark Lelvga of Chicago Heights, Ill., Eric Olson of Chicago Heights and Ensign Jeff Messenger of Lexington, brother of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Rae Ann Messenger of Lebanon. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 2003. She received a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University in 2007. The bride is currently employed as a recruiter at Advantage Staffing in Pensacola, Fla.
The groom is the son of Dennis and Renee Nordstrom of Chicago Heights. He graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor High School in Chicago Heights in 2005. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2009. The groom is a second lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps and is stationed in Pensacola, awaiting pilot training.
After a Caribbean Cruise honeymoon, the couple returned home to Pensacola.
